This is another episode from our series of interviews with interesting people around doubleshot. This time with Felipe Croce from Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza in Brazil. Felipe is 5th generation of coffee farmers, green coffee exporter, roaster and café owner. We work together from the very beginning of doubleshot. We were talking about their farming philosophy, challenges, coffee price crisis, sustainability and future of Brazilian coffee.
