Why Property Investor From Italy Lives and Invests In Brno
Max comes from Italy. He lives in Brno, Czech republic, for 10 years. First, he found a job in IT, then he met his girlfriend and they bought their first property for themselves. Two years later, they started buying flats as an investment.
The only thing Max would change is: buy more. That's it. More property when possible when the times were different and property much cheaper then in 2020.
Now, we are sitting in his newly decorated flat near the centre of Brno to record the interview.
